Tonight at 9 pm I got a call from a guy (African) who said he was from ipsos but never said that clearly until I asked about five times he knew my name and my daughters name and said he was ringing on behalf of dwp which is where I stopped him I said u are ringing me and asking me how better dwp could do their job I cut him dead said I’m not willing to cooperate has anyone else had this ? I looked up ipsos they are a legit company I was just shocked that he knew my name and then said I claim for my daughter and said her name should I ring dwp?

Hello @gerrys6
You could ring the DWP or if you have an online journal for your benefit you could pop a message on there and ask. I have never heard of IPSOS before and I find it unusual they would call so late at night.1 -
thanks Hannah-scope I googled it straight away they are a legit survey company. I found the whole thing strange I’ll ring tomorrow.1
