ESA & UC limited work

Hi Ive been put on the UC no work, told no more sick notes or phone calls so wandering why am I not on ESA

ESA is a completely different benefit to UC and you can only claim New style ESA if you have the correct amount of NI contributions in tax years 2020/21 and 2021/22. Therefore you will need to have worked at some point during those tax years.There's also no financial gain to claiming ESA as well as UC because the ESA will be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.What was the decision of your work capability assessment? Were you found to have Limited capability for work (LCW)? or Limited capability for work related activitiy? (LCWRA)0
