If the Tribunal decision was Limited Capabiltiy for work Related activity (LCWRA) then you're first payment will be from the 4th month after you first reported your health condition/sent your first fit note.Based on the information you gave your first payemt will be either June or July 2022. What date it's paid from exactly will depend on what date you sent your first fit note and what date you usually receive your money each month. If the decision was LCW then there's no extra money each month.Any money owed will take up to about 8 weeks from when the decision was made.0

They awarded lwcra but the question will i get till back payment till now or till when i had my wca
And thanks for replying bcause they told i dont need to put up sick notes so from nov to jan i didn't upload sick notes also0 -
As i advised, your first payment will be either June or July 2022 and it will be paid each month going forward.I wouldn't expect them to accept any further fit notes after the original decision was made, so no fit notes since Nov will make no difference.0

Hi there @asimbest_1 and thanks for your query, I hope the community has been able to help straighten things out for you. It's good to hear you were awarded LCWRA
If there's anything else we can do, please ask!0
