If the decision was Limited capability for Work (LCW) then there's no extra money each month. If the decision was Limited Capability For Work Related Activity (LCWRA) then the extra money is paid from the 4th month after you first reported your health condition/sent your first fit note. It's not paid at all during the waiting period, which is 3 full assessment periods. Please check the decision letter again to see exactly what it is says. If it's LCWRA then what date do you usually receive your money each month?0

Hi @Currie and a warm welcome to our online community, how's your Friday going?
I'm just checking that you better understand when you will receive your first LCWRA payment, following Poppy's advice? Unfortunately, if the decision was LCW then there will be no additional money paid to you.
Please let us know if you remain unsure about anything and we'll endeavour to help you. Take care.0
