I was awarded LCWRA 23 of April l was told l would be getting back pay they said it would be dealt manually what does this mean plz and when do l get my first payment plz

There’s a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note.
When it’s paid from exactly will depend on the answer to the 2 following questions.
1/ What date did you send your first fit note/report your health condition?
2/ What date do you usually receive your money each month?0 -
