Hi guys I'm trying to help my neighbour who suffers from anxiety, linked to her breathing issues, and in her claim for Attendance Allowance the DWP state that her attacks are " unpleasant, benign and self limiting " Has anyone else had to argue that anxiety is far more?

AA isn't about the conditions itself. It's about the help, and/or care/supervision you need, even if you don't receive that help. You should concentrate on how her conditions affect her and the care/help she needs.Does she have an award or been refused?

Hi Poppy123456, I am currently arguing the tribunal submission, of which that line is from the Decision makers reasons why her husband helping her in a panic attack isn't needed.0
