Hi my son was awarded limited capability with his uc last month or so he has checked his uc statement and not included when will he get it if he is entitled please he is adhd autistic anxiety and depression bad

He will only receive extra money if the decision was Limited Capability for Work Related Activity. 

Please check the decision letter to see exactly what it says.

If it’s Limited Capability for Work there’s no extra money.

If the decision was LCW and he thinks he should have been awarded LCWRA then he can request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) He can request this on his journal. If you can let me know what exactly the decision was i can advise you further.
