hi all hope you are all well I have an esa claim depending on an sp1 form from my employer am I still entitled to cost of living payment tia

This will be New style ESA which unfortunately doesn't entitle you to the £301 cost of living payment.Have you also checked entitlement to Universal Credit? It's a means tested benefit so entitlement will depend on your circumstances. If you live with a partner you need to claim as a couple. If you have savings/capital of more than £16,000 you're excluded from claiming.The ESA (if entitled to payments) will be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.
