Parking bay outside house

My husband has just got his blue badge and we are considering applying for parking bay outside our house. He can't walk far and he's not going out very often because he's afraid he can't get parked near the house.
The street is terraced housing with no off-road parking. Does anyone find it causes resentment with the neighbours?

Hi @Ikonik I don't see any harm in applying, especially if it will enhance your husband's independence. Have you looked into applying yet?0
