Hi @Amanda1234567 and welcome, would you mind me asking if you've been able to talk to an occupational therapist (OT) about personal care aids, or if you've had a needs assessment with your local authority?

You might like to have a look at Active Hands, they have a shop with all sorts of aids and equipment for everyday living, and you can filter your search by health condition or disability. You can have a look and research the sorts of things which might be handy for you, and discuss this with your OT if you're able to.

If there's anything more we can help with, please ask :)

Thanks for your post Alex. Yes, have recently been given some help and advice re bathing from an O.T. in the local authority and I'll check out the Active Hands. 🤞

You're welcome @Amanda1234567 I hope it's useful for you. I've got my eye on the 'Egg Cracker' myself, as I have Cerebral Palsy there's plenty of kitchen gadgets which would help out!
