Morning all my name is jess-may2183
I was just wondering if anyone could help me with a DLA renewal form? I have been stuck in hospital as I had a stroke, and missed filling in my son’s paperwork can I still do this and send it back ?

Yes, you can still fill it in and return it. However, the DLA may stop if you haven't returned the forms by the deadline. (if it hasn't already stopped) If it has stopped then i'd advise you to ring them to explain why you didn't return the forms by the deadline.

Hello @Jessbell21 I hope poppy's reply has helped to reassure you, I'm sorry to hear about your stroke.
How are you doing now, are you still in hospital?0
