    If you're asking about DWP responding by the timescale given by HMCTS then as advised in your other thread they will extend the date. It doesn't affect your hearing if they don't respond as it will just continue as normal. It's not unusal for them not to respond by the deadline but they most likely will eventually.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    No, the stats are still the same. They usually respond eventually.
