PIP claiming help

Hello,

I've been rejected twice now....so now I appeal.
I've never claimed anything from the benefits system,I've worked all my life and still do and I'VE payed into the system everyday day for 37 straight years.
Is there someone here who is an expert on claiming benefits who can help me say what I need to say to these pip people?
I've been told I'm too honest in claiming....I need to lie apparently.
So is there anyone here who knows what to say in this ridiculous procedure to claim what is rightfully mine.
I should be examined by a medical dr for I know id be rich if that was the case.
Thanks

    Hi,
Nothing is rightfully yours (generally, not specifically) until an application has been approved and actioned.
I`m in receipt of PIP so I can say it`s not "what you need to say to these pip people", it`s how you convey the impact your condition/s has / have on your life; the impact(s) must be for more than 50% of the time, have lasted for at least 3 months and are expected to last for at least 9 months.
There are a number of people on here who offer extremely good advice on how to complete a successful PIP application; I would wait until one of those replies to your query.

Remember the assessment is about the impact your health has on your ability to carry the activities on the majority of days.it was was you need to convey.

That’s not correct. One thing you should never do is lie. Unfortunately paying into the system for 37 years doesn’t automatically entitle you to PIP.
