You can contact PIP and ask them to send you a copy of the assessment report. If it's been returned they will send you a copy. Please do be aware that it's not the decision, it's a recommendation only. Requesting the report often causes more needless anxiety and isn't always the best idea to request it.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Thankyou if i did request it and i didnt agree with what the assessor wrote what can i do?

You can try ringing PIP to ask for a decision maker to ring you so you can get your points accross to them. Other than that once a decision is made if you're not happy you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR)

Hi @chele67 I know Turn2Us has a clear overview of the next steps if you would like to challenge the PIP decision, but you can only know exactly what your award is once you get the confirmation letter.

Yes contact PIP for the report, as i advised. Remember, it's a recommendation only. You can do this either before or after the decision is made, it's your decision.

Do the MR in writing, there is a form you can use, give 'real world examples' of how the condition effect you from day to day. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.
