I’m looking to move out of my parents and was wondering if I would be able to claim universal credit when I move to my own place

You could claim UC and would include help with rent.
A calculator will tell you what you might get
    https://benefits-calculator.turn2us.org.uk

If you currently claim income based ESA it will finish two weeks after you claim UC. If you get any contribution based ESA it will continue but the UC be reduced by the amount of ESA.

What is your existing ESA award?

If any part of your ESA is Income Related then a claim for UC will end the ESA after 2 weeks.

If you move out of your parents house and need to claim for help with any rent then you will need to claim UC.

It said I’m entitled to 359 a month for the rent on uc. Would I get that on top of the standard amount ?

If you’re in the Support Group for ESA then you’ll be entitled to the LCWRA element from the start of your claim.

Do you claim either PIP or DLA?

I only claim esa at the moment but trying to get a form for pip.

Would I still get help with rent if I live in a shared flat?

Yes but if you’re under 35 and living in privately rented property then you’ll only be entitled to the shared rate of local housing allowance. Unless claiming daily living PIP and then you’ll be entitled to the 1 bedroom rate.

If 35 and over you’re entitled to 1 bedroom rate regardless of a PIP award.
You can see the rates here https://lha-direct.voa.gov.uk/
