Hello, I’m wondering if anyone else with central sleep apnea can help me with any tips or anything that will help me sleep, currently waiting on an appointment at the sleep clinic, but any help as I’m new to this would be much appreciated.

I hope you get an appointment at the sleep clinic soon. You might like to visit Sleep Apnoea Trust, hope2sleep or The Sleep Charity for more specialised support, and to help find some peer support too.
Do you find sleeping in certain positions make your symptoms worse or better? I know from a relative who has suspected sleep apnoea that sleeping on their side is much better than on their back.Online Community Coordinator

Hello, thank you for your reply, also I try sleep on my side as then I only stop breathing maybe 10 times every hour, whereas on my back it basically doubles.. thank you, I shall try though sites.
