Hi all do you know of any door to door disabled transport pick up please ,I’m not able use normal public transportation or go out on my own thankyou all #transport #enquire

    Hi @val23 I wonder if that's something a PA or a carer can help with? 

    Can I ask if you've ever had a needs assessment before? That might help determine the level of practical support you need from a paid carer or any other aids and adaptions to help day to day.

    @Alex_Scope I had needs assessment  ages ago 
    I just had mental health crisis team out there useless 
    I told them I can not go on like this and I wanted to kill myself yesterday and had plans still still so 
    there reply was keep safe call them if I need and Tuesday there talk to my social worker that not helpful at all

    Hi @val23 welcome. Have you googled in your area transport, in mind we have ring and ride, which is door to door service. Might something simular in your area.

    There doesn’t not seem be any form dial a ride or similar in Portsmouth any more I think this matter needs to be address as there lots of us that would really benefit from this

    Hello @val23

    I had a google and I found a website where is says they are considered as Hampshire and have rides on days in the surrounding area, including Portsmouth. Would be worth giving them a call to see if that is still the case for them?
