Hi all extremely disappointed that I scored 0 on everything
I have anxiety and depression and also being assessed for Asperger’s
in the summary they said because I work and haven’t had a long period of time off for 5 months it shows motivation?! Even tho I have a sick day atleast 1 a week to 2 weeks!! And also my rapport with the assessor was fine and I don’t show physiological distress is rubbish
I have rang and asked for them to review it so fingers crossed.

Feel like I wasn’t listened to at all in my assessment and was made to say things,
anyone else had this kind of experience? I got my decision letter in 2 weeks

You should put the MR request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. If you haven't already then you should include a couple or real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You should aim for at least half an A4 side of paper per descriptor that applies.Although PIP isn't about your ability to work, if the work you do contradicts the reasons why you're claiming PIP then it can go against you.The most likely outcome of any MR will be the decision doesn't change. If this happens you can proceed to Tribunal.0

Hello @DPYat
Welcome to the community!I'm sorry that you are disappointed with the outcome and were not awarded. I see Poppy has given some great advice. I hope the mandatory reconsideration process goes better for you

Do you have any local autism charities (eg….national autism society) near you?
sometimes these charities can help you fill in assessment forms as they know how to fill these forms the best way and may be helpful the mr/tribunal stage
But yes I’m familiar of assessors taking the inch and making it the mile. You learn for next time. But get as many people as possible bating in your corner is my advice (don’t do it alone)
