Hello @sparklebright628
It's great to hear you found something you love that works for you. With losing weight everyone is different and there will be other factors to take in too. For example, when I was losing weight I found it much more difficult when on steroids then when I wasn't. But when my mum was on steroids she lost weight quicker.
I'd keep a journal to track your progress and hopefully that may give you some idea of what works best for youHannah - She / Her

It’s not just about exercise. It’s about healthy eating and a balanced diet too.I’m in the process of trying to lose some weight and find calorie counting works very well for me.My total weight loss in 3 months is 1st 6Ib.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

That’s amazing! So glad you’re enjoying your new activity that suits you and gets you out in the fresh air… so many benefits. I’ve been thinking about getting an electric tricycle for exactly the same reasons…, my mobility stops me from walking far… I’ve anxiety in a car… but I really want to be more active and social, and thought perhaps 3 wheels will have more support and more comfortable sitting position?? Please advise!! How do you find the comfort compared to riding a bike?I’d love to know how you’re doing with it!Jen ⭐️⭐️
