First payment will be either April or May depending on what dates your assessment period cover or what date you usually receive your money each month.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Usually goes in on 31 of each month

If the 29th was the same date you reported your health condition as well then your waiting period will be.
Jan to April.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 25th April to 24th May and first payment will be 31st May. Up to now they will only owe you for this month.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. Was 29th dec though not jan wen fit note was sent in

Yes but it has to be 3 full assessment periods. If you reported you health condition on the same date you sent your first fit note then Dec/Jan assessment period doesn’t count because it’s not a full month.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. Health condition was reported back in 2020 but not recognized by uc staff until had new agent who advised to get fit note
-
If you had reported a change of circumstances and then reported your health condition this way, it should have prompted you to send a fit note within 7 days of that. Were you working and earning more than 16 x NMW at that time? If so were you claiming either PIP or DLA at that time?I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
