buy some sleep pillow mist
watch TV or something or read a book in bed
be in a bedroom that's not too cold
get a weighted blanket. -

Hi i hope your husband is home soon x a tip i git given and it works for me, is to focus on a spot anywhere when yiur in bed, ceiling, light or curtain pole whatever, and do not take tour eyes off it, try not to blink and keep on that one spot,,, it works for me sometimes,,, hugs to u x
