Hello Good Evening
I am in the process of applying for Adult disability payment, and I am finding it tricky filling out, the application is there any resources to help me fill out the application with some guidance if possible. 
 Any suggestions, I would be very much grateful for.

    I can't find any guides for filling out the ADP form, maybe it's because it's still quite a new benefit.

    You just need to make sure you include as much information as possible, without telling your life story. Also include a couple of recent real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you.

    Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
