Rail travel aboard - ID proof of disability

Hi π I am hoping to travel in Germany and Poland this summer and I can see you can get disabled rail fares. But I canβt seem to get an answer on what is required or accepted as proof of disability for ID purposes. Has anyone got any experience?Β

I'm afraid I don't @mooch1uk if I had to guess I would say it would be something like a blue badge. I'll see if I can find out and hopefully get back to you, but on my first google search it's not clear at all!0
