Pip evidence sent but no supporting letter!

Hi ive just sent back supporting evidence for pip and i forgot to put a letter with it saying i want the evidence to go towards my pip claim.im very anxious to whether the information will get to where it needs to? Can anyone relate or have any info on this

Did you not include your NI number on these? Does the extra evidence have your address on?0

That's fine, they will be added to your claim file on the system. They just will of needed something to 'link' it to so no need to worry.0
