Won my appeal at tribunal, now what?

Yesterday after a long battle I finally won my appeal, the judge told me I was had won and that she was happy for me to be awarded enhanced rate for motability (I have enhanced care component and standard mobility) with an indefinite time, but there was an issue with the printer and I never got a report, I have to wait for it to come in the post. I was originally on high rate dla and it changed over to pip in 2016, I was devastated when I was put down to standard rate mobility, but at the time I didn’t understand the new pip and didn’t fight the decision, then in 2019 I was given the chance to put in a MR, I do so, I got declined and again, I didn’t realise how it all worked, so just left it. Then last year it was time for my renewal, nothing changed, but this time I seeked advice after having the MR refused and went to tribunal.
so now my question is, any back pay I’m due, will it be dated back to 2016 when I my pip first began or will it be back dated to last year when it renewed? Also how long will I have to wait to get a motability vehicle?

Great news. Though there are no indefinite awards for PIP, the longest is 10 years. It will be from the date of the review decision last year. You will need to wait for the award to be put into payment and for the decision letter before you can order a mobility vehicle. It can take up to about 8 weeks after a Tribunal win.0
