Hello all.

I claimed UC earlier this year and then went self employed submitting earnings. I then had an assessment and was put in the LCWRA group. This is important due to my mental health conditions for the past 30 years.

if I work more than 16 hours a week does it mean I get kicked off this group? Thank you.

Unlike ESA, for UC there are no limits on the amount of work you do nor how much you earn while getting LCWRA.
However if the nature or amount of the work you do contradicts the reasons you were awarded LCWRA that could prompt a reassessment.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
