Sorry for not being here yesterday, just wanted to share I drove 150 miles yesterday on the motorways and dual carriageways, still had some obsessive thoughts of crashing but not nearly as bad as before my new medicine.

I had my parents in the car and am still frightened of the prospect of doing it on my own. Even if I could manage small country roads on my own it would be a huge step so I am going to start working on that in the near future I think.

    Thats great you managed that yesterday, I’m sure you will manage the country roads on your own soon.
    Just take it easy and don’t stress yourself. You’re doing so good on your new meds so one step at a time.
