CP and prescriptions

Hi, I shall write more soon about my ongoing condition as I’ve done previously 😊
To cut a long story short at the mo, I’m now on 3 different meds a day, which is costly!
Do you know if you have CP do we get exempt from paying for prescriptions?
Thanks!

I’m not aware of CP being a health condition that allows free prescriptions. https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/prescriptions-and-pharmacies/who-can-get-free-prescriptions/Certain means tested benefits will. If you’re not claiming any means tested benefits then look at the NHS low income scheme.1

If ineligible for free prescriptions through benefits or the LIS, a Pre Payment Certificate may save you money:

Thank you both 😊😊 I was going to go down the pre payment certificate but thought I’d ask first0
