LWC to LWCRA

Hi i am curremtly on LWC but my condition has worsened since applying ..my question is how do i ask them to reconsider me for LWCRA now and do i have to have a whole new assessment will my old assessment be taken into account..can i not jus supply extra evidence ?

You will need to report a change of circumstances. Then click "health condition" then report it this way. You will need a fit note too. You will then be referred for a work capability assessment and will be sent the UC50 form to fill in and return with all your supporting evidence. Another assessment is most likely because most people have them.Before reporting changes you should have a look at the descriptors for LCWRA to make sure you qualifying.
