Hello TubzYou are fully entitled to your opinion even if it is wrong but what you are saying is not going to get your origional award reinstated.I can tell by your replies that you are angry and frustrated by the descision but arguing about this or that is not going to get your origional award reinstated.My advice is to step back and have a few days to clear your head so you can then refocus your attention on writting a detailed Mandatory Reconsideration letter using the advice and case law I posted above and if the MR Letter does not change the descision then apply for tribunal and if you have written enough detail in your MR Letter and included the case law I provided above then there is a possibility that if you go to tribunal then the DWP will reinstate your award before a tribunal.Nasturtium2
