Did you transfer from DLA? If you didn't then you will need to ring PIP on Monday morning when they open to ask them.

In the decision letter, when does it say your award starts from? I'm thinking about the 3 month rule, where you need to have had the difficulties for at least 3 months.

it says 6 of june 2023 till 22 november 2025 . then i will get a payment on the 30th of june 2023 and this is the money we owe you from the 6th of june to the 29th of june then i will get payment every four weeks. but their decision say my difficulties mobility started on the 6 of march 2023 so they cannot award you until the 6 of june0

Hi @blonde1234
Well done on getting a PIP award, I hope the extra money makes life a little easier for you.
Just to advise: I've created a new thread for your question, to avoid any confusion and keep all answers in this one space.
Take care and have a great weekend.1 -

Your first payment will be for 3 weeks and then every 4 weeks going forward.0

Yes but only if you had the difficulties for at least 3 months before you claimed. If you did then you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration for the decision not to start your claim from the date you first claimed.

ok thanks but i have had problems with my ankle for about six years was not to bad with medication but it got so bad i at to have it done0

If you disagree then as i advised you can request the MR. You should put that in writing stating why you think the decison not to start your award until 6th June is wrong and why you think it should start from the date you rang to apply.
