Didn't you check through all the bundle when you received it to make sure everything was there? DWP will now need to send what's missing to HMCTS and you will receive a copy. You will then receive a new date for the hearing.Did you request a telephone hearing in the end?0

Yes I have requested a telephone hearing I read through the paperwork but the court is asking for a copy of LCWRA assessment but I didn’t have an assessment DWP cancelled the assessment after my GO and Specialist reports were forwarded to them and awarded me payment from October when I first notified them of my health issues but in December the DWP then said I wasn’t eligible for daily living when my doctors reports clearly state my medical issues. I’m getting so stressed out over all this.0

Ok so it was adjourned because they've asked for the WCA report? Sometimes they will ask for this, although they are different benefits there are some descriptors that are similar to some of the PIP descriptors.Although you had a paper based assessment there will still be a written assessment report.0

I’ve spoken to pip helpline who say they can’t tell me anything apart from my case is with an assessor (even though it’s gone to tribunal which is adjourned) and they have 8 weeks to reply. I have today tried to access the tribunal site to see if there are any updates but it now says this service is now inaccessible has anyone had any similar situation as this is now causing me severe stress0

There's other members here who have also had issues accessing their appeal tracking online today so maybe there's an issue with it.

After almost 9 months of stress and worry thankfully my PIP decision has been reconsidered and DWP have now awarded me further points and I don’t have to go through Tribunal process the relief is immense to say the least. Thank you for all help and advice offered

I can really hear the relief in the outcome turning more positive for you @Jilly65 and with you not having to go through the tribunal. How are you feeling about everything now? Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything else we can do to help

Thank you I feel immensely relieved it’s been a long drawn out process I can see why some people would cave in under the stress of it all. I feel I can move forward now without the financial worries I was facing.0
