Hello everyone.I join this forum
hoping that i could learn more about spinal stenosis. Compare experiences and undertand the right  treament. iam 65 years okd male and obviously have spinal stenosis in my L5 as sgown in my MRI last year…

    Just to let you know, I tagged your post and popped it into our physical and neurological impairments section of the forum. Hopefully more people will be able to share their experiences :) We don't allow medical advice and always say to speak to your GP or specialist with that side of things. I hope you are able to get an idea of how others got through the surgery option(s) and if they benefited them. Is it something you are considering or that has been suggest by your GP / specialist?
