Hi I was awarded LCWRA on 10-6-23 I have been putting sick note's in since June 30th 2021 am I entitled to backdated money ?

    It will be from either Oct or Nov 2021. The exact date will depend on what date you usually receive your payment each month.

    You waited an awful long time for a decision, was there a reason for that?
