Can I claim car tax exemption for my mothers car...she drives me everywhere I need to go..I Have a blue badge

    For this you will need to be claiming either standard mobility PIP and then you'll receive 50% reduction on the road tax. Or Enhanced mobility PIP or high rate mobility DLA and then you'll be entitled to free road tax.
    Please also be aware that your mother will only be able to use her vehicle for your purpose.
