It can take up to about 8 weeks to receive the money they owe you and the same time to put your award into payment.

The reason they want to speak to you is because they want to ask if you've either been in prison or hospital since your claim started. These are the standard questions they ask after a Tribunal win and before they pay what is owed. Once you've spoke to them it shouldn't be too long before it's put into payment.

Hi @chantelle19 and a warm welcome to our online community, it's great you found us!

Well done on persevering and getting a successful outcome at tribunal. That's no mean feat and is great to hear  :)

I can see Poppy has answered your question, and in the meantime I've moved your thread to our PIP, DLA and AA category and amended the title to help others spot it more easily.

Have a great rest of the weekend.

Okay that’s lovely thank you it’s taken me 18 months to be awarded with reconcidorations and a tribunal but I’m glad I’ve finally been accepted she said it will take 3-5 days and should be with me by Friday she called Sunday.
So let’s say I get my back pay Friday the 23rd of June will my monthly payments start June or July ? X

Payments are 4 weekly, not monthly. Your first 4 weekly payment will be July.
