Hi
I just rang PIP for a update on my award for my tribunal win and it hasn’t been looked at yet but the lady said she noticed my “ payable “ details hadn’t been put down so she asked the “ have I been in hospital / holiday / residential care home etc details .
But I thought they only did that when you were getting a payment ?
Sorry anxiety kicking in so but confused 😐

Those are the questions they always ask after a Tribunal win. How long it takes to pay what is owed after that is different for everyone.
Timescales are still up to 8 weeks.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Yes they do contact you sometimes. As you rang them for an update they asked you those questions so they won’t need to contact you now.
