Hi
I just rang PIP for a update on my award for my tribunal win and it hasn’t been looked at yet but the lady said she noticed my “ payable “ details hadn’t been put down so she asked the “ have I been in hospital / holiday / residential care home etc details .
But I thought they only did that when you were getting a payment ?

Those are the questions they always ask after a Tribunal win. How long it takes to pay what is owed after that is different for everyone.Timescales are still up to 8 weeks.0

Thank you for the reply . I was just confused when I read people were being rang for those details when everything had gone through yet the lady I spoke to just now said it was still waiting to be looked at .
but thank you for the info0 -
Yes they do contact you sometimes. As you rang them for an update they asked you those questions so they won’t need to contact you now.0

thank you for the information. Sorry to be a pain my anxiety doesn’t let me stop over thinking things unfortunately and I don’t have anyone else I can ask these questions to when I’m stressed .
