Hi everyone. Today marks 2 weeks from getting the award text saying to wait up to 2 weeks for the letter. I have had my back pay but no letter just yet. Just wondering how long it has taken everyone for the letter? the wait is killing me

That does seem a long time to wait. If nothing today, phone PIP tomorrow at 9am and they can send another copy out for you.

They say up to 2 weeks but could be longer. If you don't receive it by the beginning of next week then give them a ring and ask them to send you another copy.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Nothing yet starting to think it got lost or something

Just ask them to send you a copy of your award letter because you didn't receive the first one they sent.

Phone calls can be tricky @ellie_rsg I understand, as Poppy has suggested you just need to ask for a copy, and explain your letter hasn't arrived. If it hasn't come by tomorrow, I'd give them a call, as frustrating as that is!

I would put in a complaint. You waited quite sometime for the decision letter and when you did receive it, you received someone elses. Some else's with all their personal details on it. Quite shocking! https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/department-for-work-pensions/about/complaints-procedure
