Why not?
The panel could fit in a head bracket and at night in the dark when your asleep you don't need to be powered up
Just need an automatic reboot system for morning wake up
Silly thoughts are my speciality...

    Ahhh but what about if you live in Wales ?  It takes us 3 weeks just to go pale in the Summer ...

    I had a holiday in Wales in 1969 and we had at least one sunny day !

    Funnily enough the town I live in is nicknamed the P**s Pot of Wales ... can be dry  a mile away in any direction and raining over the town

    You wouldn't have to worry about wind directions as the rotors could be on a swivel to go with the wind ...

    ... or a small reservoir on a hat - with a water wheel powered by the windmill, all connected to an inverter ... double power to charge/ run a battery.
