Got back from my standard identity and evidence appointment.

I got back from my standard identity and evidence appointment at my local jobcentre. It went quite swell, actually. They booked me in for an hour, but it only lasted roughly 10 minutes. They confirmed my identity via NHS medical card, debit card and my most bank statement before the bank statements at my bank went paperless in April. My mum and the agent were then discussing my disabilities, and how it would impact me looking for work. So the agent then suggested making my mum my appointee, and we both agreed to it. The agent then filled out a small online form confirming my mum being my appointee. The agent then said since my mum is appointee, anything that I do now is all voluntary. I wouldn't have to look for work, or do work-related activities. The last thing they told me is that I would have a week to accept the claimant commitments. I accepted them about 25 minutes ago prior to this post. 

I was worrying a lot about this appointment. Turned out, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. On Monday 17th July, I will find out how much I'm entitled to; and on Friday 21st July, I will receive my first Universal Credit payment.
