hi everyone, im a newbe here, just wondering if its normal to wait 7 months to hear about my review. i sent it back end of november, keep getting the odd text from them saying still looking at claim and will process it as soon as possible. thank you

Yes perfectly normal. There’s extremely long delays with review decision and some are waiting longer than 1 year. Your existing award will continue until a decision is made.
