Hi, my name is gngus1! Had a compliance letter today

Hi I reviewed a compliance letter today, I’ve tried contacting the number of the person on the letter but no ans and just goes to ans phone I’ve never heard of the compliance team and after research on the net it states that its to do with fraud has anyone actually gone through a telephone call with this team and can you please advise what happened as I’m very worried to the point of being physically sick

    Sometimes they do these compliance checks at random and it doesn't mean you've done anything wrong.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Thank you for your message i have left the compliance officer a message so lets hope he calls me back as the phone call is not till Monday and i know I’m going to be in a state by the time the call comes

    They may not ring you back. You can keep trying to ring them but they're not always easy to contact.
