Can someone help me with getting a replacement certificate for free car tax I haven’t received a new one or if I have I can’t find it

    You will need to contact PIP to ask them to send you the certificate of entitlement.

    Textphone: 0800 121 4493
    Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
    British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet
    Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
    Are you also aware that this is only needed if you're claiming for the first time or you've changed your vehicle. You do not needing if you're renewing the tax on the same vehicle.
