Hi all,
After applying in January 2022, i have won my pip appeal on 12/06/2023 - Still haven't heard anything about any backpay but i was just wondering if anyone knows what rate it is paid at as there was the increase in April, would it be the payments during January-March would be the previous years rate etc and April-Present at this years rate or do they pay it all at the same rate?

Just to add further, it can take up to 8 weeks after a Tribunal win to receive what is owed and to put your award into payment.
