Hello all,
I suffer with Depression & Anxiety, Migraines and Allergies. I very rarely go out on my own and my health is starting to suffer.
My blood pressure and heart rate sitting is creeping up to a level i am very uncomfortable with and i don't want to give myself type 2 diabetes either. I also don't want anymore tables from the GP either.

I have started to take Vitamins and Minerals that will help improve heart health but i really need to be excising everyday.
Before i became ill with my Mental Health i used to walk about 20,000 steps a day and even though i am slightly over weight i was in a good place for my heart health, blood pressure was normal, in range for heat rate and no diabetes.
I am desperately in need of some exercise i can do indoors. I am trying to go for walks but i need someone with me and its weather permitting.
Thank you
Louise

Hello there @cheekylittlekoala and thanks for reaching out, physical exercise is a great way to boost your mental health as well as physical health.
You might like to look at these videos for Home Workouts from the NHS, it looks like there's a good variety for you to choose from1 -
@Alex_Scope thank you for the suggestions, much appreciated.
I have taken up a sponsored walk with my Mother and Daughter, which is helping me one with getting out the house and two exercise for my Heart Health and my Mental Health.
The Nurse at my GP surgery also suggested somethings i can do indoors when i am unable to get out.
Thank you all for making me feel welcome1 -
That's great @cheekylittlekoala you're most welcome
The sponsored walk with family sounds amazing, and you can all help support each other with it!
