Waiting on result

Hello, just looking for some advice on what you think maybe based on experiences? I called up today as has been a month since my assessment, the lady couldn’t see anything on my file so she called the case manager and came back to me and said a decision has been made but she can’t see if it’s a yes or a no. She said I may get a text over night/ in the morning but a letter would be in the post. A part of me is thinking she genuinely doesn’t know the result but the other part of me (the hopeful part) is thinking if she’s saying about me getting a text that means it’s positive news? Am I reading too much into this? Thank you!

They are correct, once a decision is made they can't see it on the system until up to 24 hours later. They will see that a decisions made but that's all they can see. They are also correct about a text as they often send one if there's an award and it's a first time claim. That's no indication on her part that she knew what the decision was, she's just telling you what happens. So yes, you "may" receive a text. They do not send texts with refusals.0
