Hello @Warrior_Woman
Welcome to the community! Lovely of you to offer helping people! How are you today?0 -
I am a lot better than a few months ago after winning my tribunal case against DWP decision!0
-
@Warrior_Woman That's great to hear! It must have been such a relief How long was the wait to tribunal?0
-
I waited 5 months for my tribunal, but the problems with DWP was ongoing since mid 2021. I waited over a year for my health assessment, where they had no interest in sick notes and letters from my surgeon, while awaiting surgery. I was deemed fit for work by the decision makers and they stuck with their decision with the mandatory reconsideration. It did take a toll on my mental health, but I have got back to an improved mindset very quickly, now that I am not being pressured to do work that I cannot do.0

I would also like to add that although my mental health has improved dramatically, I still check my journal and To do list, as part of me believes that they will continue to harass me. So far so good. The tribunal decision was made in May 2023.0
