Hello @margix
Welcome to the community! How are you today?
Citizen's Advice have an advice page on how to fill out the PIP forms. You could also reach out to them to talk through them if you feel that speaking to them directly would help0 -
Thanks I have looked on citzens advise website and it has some good advise although I'm unsure of how to relate it to my medical issues. I have had past heart attack takasubo cardiomyopathy diagnosis in January 2021 no stents done at time . Put on multiple medication for preventative measures since and have since suffered with ongoing palpatations, chest tightness. Pounding, breathlessness on exertion on investigations they said it maybe angina.
I have also for many years had bowel issues , faecal incontinence since about 2012 , many investigations , diagnosed with ibs , ibd said maybe stress related .which have had to deal with on a daily basis . After further investigation in last 2yrs have also been diagnosed with ceoliac disease. Now struggling with gluten free diet, though still have incontinence problems especially when stressed. I have suffered with stress anxious depression for many years take medication , which has never really helped feel easily anxious and panic in any stressful situation , and feel unable to cope with things as used too. Can't think straight and get brain fog
I also have pain issues , lower back pain since injury at work in 2003 . Shoulder injury 2009 . I also have oeoesteoporosis neck pain , pain all joints for many years . And hip pain diagnosed as arthritis in recent years .
I find it hard to express and write down how these health problems effect and relate to daily living on pip form and need help to put down on paper .any help and advise would be appreciated .0 -
@margix I am so sorry you have been going through so much. You could call Citizen's Advice for help with the forms still. They'll be able to help you with explaining it for the form.
It's hard for a lot of people to explain it on the form. Some have advised doing one of two questions, taking a break and coming back to it over a few days so it's not too overwhelming.0
