Still waiting on WCA decision after 4 months

Hello,
I had a work capability assessment on 20th February and I still haven't received a decision yet and I'm really starting to worry. I have contacted my work coach three times and she doesn't know anything, I've spoken to chda and about every other contact number I've been given and still nothing. It's really worrying me as I don't have the best finances as I'm currently only receiving universal credit, and the stress of waiting isn't helping my mental health or my physical health. Any advice or if anyone has had a similar experience would be really helpful!

When you spoke to CHDA did you ask them if the assessment report has been returned? If the report was in audit this would have delayed it being returned, which would have delayed the decision being made. I've known a report being in audit for as long as 6 weeks. You can also contact your local MP and tell them what's happened and they will hopefully contact DWP on your behalf. https://www.parliament.uk/get-involved/contact-an-mp-or-lord/contact-your-mp/

I'm sorry to hear this is causing you a lot of stress and worry. Can I ask, do you have support around you? 0
