Hi, I would like to understand ESA and if I would be entitled to it. I do not work and reeive full PIP. I also receive LCWR but this is swallowed up due to my wife receiving state pension and i am younger than her. I receive £390.06 LCWR but after deducations due to my wife receiving state pension, i only receive £271. So, i would like to know if it is possible to receive LCWR and ESA

To be entitled to payments for New style ESA you will have needed to have worked at some point in tax years 2020/21 and 2021/22, if you haven't then you will not be entitled to any payments. If you have and you do claim it then it will be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.0
